They had previously colocated their IBM i in an environment that was not IBM i aware, which led to serious challenges with managing system backups and their quality. Which is why FUJIFILM needed a partner fluent in IBM i and proficient in their ERP system who would help them with both the infrastructure and the actual application. And that’s how their partnership with Evolution Systems and move from a colocated environment to Evo Private Cloud started. How did it go?
